Psychotherapy and Counselling

Often childhood experiences, unconscious thoughts and conflicting inner forces can affect our mental well-being in a negative way, causing symptoms such as stress, anxiety, detachment or depression.

Through exploring patterns of thought, feelings and relationships, both past and present, we can understand and resolve these issues leading to greater self-awareness, personal growth and change.

Together we will speak freely about whatever comes to mind and through the discussion of memories, fantasies and dreams we will aim to address defences and remove blockages that may have developed over time and are hindering your ability to feel whole and lead a fulfilling life.

Anxiety, depression, abuse, relationships, identity, family issues, bereavement, ADHD, cancer, autism spectrum, anger management, child related issues, eating disorders, cultural issues, loss, men’s issues, self-esteem, sexual identity, stress, obsessions, phobias, past-traumatic stress, work-related issues, health-related issues, self harm.

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, meaning that I aim to help you gain insight into your moods and behavioural patterns by exploring the impact of unconscious psychological elements.

I offer both open-ended and time-limited treatment. This can be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation or at any point during treatment. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place once or twice weekly.

I charge £80 - £100 per session following an initial online consultation - the precise fee structure can be discussed and agreed during the first meeting. I also have a limited number of discounted sessions available.

I primarily work face to face, from a quiet location on a leafy road in Camberwell, South London, with good transport links and free on street parking (except between 11am and 1pm). If you are too far away or are unable to attend in person for another reason, I am also available online.
